1 Introduction and General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the lockbd platform and all of its services. When you create an account on lockbd, log in, or use any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

lockbd is a safe and reliable online entertainment platform for players in Bangladesh. We are committed to transparency and fair play. You are advised not to use the platform without reading these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on lockbd, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are not eligible to use this platform. Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account termination.

2.2 Account Creation Requirements

• Each person may only create one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and details completely confidential.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly forbidden.
• lockbd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without stating a reason.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, lockbd may request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card) when necessary. lockbd reserves the right to put deposits, withdrawals, or bonus benefits on hold until verification is complete.

3 Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on lockbd is ৳500. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if there are active bets or pending wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold during an investigation in the event of suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on lockbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,500 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,500; a ৳12,000 deposit with the maximum ৳8,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

• A 10x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the designated time period from the date the bonus is awarded.
• If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• If bonus fraud or misuse is detected, the account will be suspended.

4.3 VIP Program

The lockbd VIP program has 5 tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

4.4 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion applies to one account once only.
• If multiple accounts use bonuses from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all such accounts will be terminated.
• lockbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

All bets on lockbd are considered valid only when properly confirmed. If a bet is not approved due to a technical error, it will be automatically voided and the stake will be refunded.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any attempt at manipulation or fraud.
• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Attempting to deceive other players or the platform.
• Intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the game system. If such a bug is discovered, the support team must be notified immediately.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

5.3 Live Betting

For live betting, lockbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel odds at any time. lockbd will not be held responsible if a bet is not accepted due to loss of internet connection or a server issue.

6 Privacy and Data Protection

The protection of your personal information is of great importance to lockbd. We keep all your data secure using SSL encryption technology. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Intellectual Property and Copyright

9 Limitation of Liability

lockbd will not be liable in the following cases:

• Losses caused by technical failures or server issues.
• Bets lost due to loss of internet connection.

• Any direct or indirect loss caused by the user.

10 Account Closure and Bans

• Being identified as a minor.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

12 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable legal framework. lockbd operates as a fair and transparent platform. Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.

13 Changes to the Terms
